Gathers business requirements, conducts needs assessments, and develops functional specifications to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives.\nEssential Functions:\nServes as a liaison between development teams and the internal/external customer or end user. \nFollows an established requirements gathering process to identify requirements. \nCommunicates requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation. \nCoordinates with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance. \nMay develop user documentation or training materials \nCreate BRD, FRD and other business analysis documents \nTranslate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements or workflow changes. \nDocument current-state and future-state process maps, data flows, and system interactions \nDevelop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training materials. \nTroubleshoot user issues and escalate as needed to senior analysts or development teams. \nAssist with project planning, execution, and closure of organizational initiatives. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of processes. \nConduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in performance. \nEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for processes, especially within the healthcare industry. \nProvide hands-on support for business systems, with a focus on order processing and customer fulfillment. \nAssist in configuration updates and related operational tasks. \nAnalyze current workflows and suggest opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and customer experience. \nSupport business teams during system testing and validation phases. \nAssist with building and maintaining operational reports and dashboards. \nAnalyze transactional data to identify trends or gaps impacting O2C performance. \nParticipate in system enhancements, including requirement validation, UAT support, and go-live monitoring. \nWork with third-party vendors and internal developers to support integrations with other systems \nCreate user guides, process documentation, and training materials. \nHelp train end users with new functionality or system updates. \nJob Requirements:\nStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition \nFamiliarity with HealthCare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies. \nExcellent communication skills; able to work with both technical teams and business users. \nDetail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nAbility to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes \nAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environment. \nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
