Teams to ensure discipline, preparedness, and compliance with company standards.\n\nEnsure adequate staffing and the efficient delivery of security services across all sites within the region.\n\nManage staff deployment, attendance, leave administration, and personnel-related matters to ensure continuity of security operations.\n\nHandle staff grievances and promote discipline, professionalism, and positive employee relations.\n\nOversee security operations and training activities within the region in line with approved budgets and company standards.\n\nEnsure the completion of staff performance appraisals and support succession planning by the management team.\n\nManage company assets and properties within the region, ensuring proper use, security, and maintenance.\n\nMonitor vehicle fuel consumption and ensure efficient utilization of the branch fleet.\n\nSupervise drivers on a day-to-day basis and ensure compliance with company transport policies and procedures.\n\nCoordinate the servicing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and other office facilities.\n\nEnsure proper accountability and maintenance of company equipment and operational resources.\n\nConduct planned and random customer satisfaction surveys to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.\n\nHandle customer service matters, complaints, and operational concerns promptly and professionally.\n\nInvestigate security incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.\n\nLiaise with the Malawi Police Service and other relevant authorities when necessary in relation to security incidents.\n\nEnsure that all claims within the region are properly documented, administered, investigated, and finalized in accordance with company policies, rules, and regulations.\n\nPrepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly operational feedback reports to\n\nPlan, prepare, and coordinate the opening of new client sites within the region.\n\nEnsure that new sites are adequately staffed, equipped, and operationally ready before service commencement.\n\nConduct site assessments and inspections to ensure appropriate security arrangements and operational readiness.\n\nImplement company policies, procedures, and instructions consistently across all operational areas.\n\nFacilitate the procurement of goods and services required for effective regional operations in accordance with company procedures.\n\nManage stocks and stores, ensuring proper documentation, accountability, and adequate availability of operational supplies.\n\nMonitor stock usage and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages and unnecessary expenditure.\n\nEnsure that all procurement and asset management activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.\n\nAssist in the preparation of annual regional budgets and operational forecasts.\n\nAssist with the organization's debt collection efforts by supporting follow-ups and
