equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum 5 years of progressive payroll experience with multi-state payroll administration.\nExperience administering payroll systems, preferably UKG Payroll and UKG Dimensions.\nStrong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour requirements, garnishments, and payroll compliance practices.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and auditing functions.\nExperience creating and analyzing reports through BI or similar reporting tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.\nCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.\nExperience supporting payroll audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.\nAdvanced knowledge of HRIS and workforce management systems.\nExperience leading payroll process improvement projects or system implementations.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nComprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.\nAbility to apply independent judgment and discretion in resolving payroll, compliance, and operational issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.\nExceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.\nStrong consulting and relationship-building skills with all levels of leadership.\nProject management and process improvement capabilities.\nAdvanced reporting and data analysis skills.\nBenefits:\nTridentCare offers a competitive wage and robust benefit package to full time employees.
