Monitors that personnel follow established protocols.\nRegularly reports to Phlebotomy Manager.\nMust conduct business in a professional and ethical manner and lead by example.\nResponsible to attend to the immediate needs of phlebotomy personnel.\nConstant in-service of phlebotomy personnel regarding safety, resident’s rights and conduct, company changes in policy, procedures and local, state and Federal Compliance.\nDiligently monitor phlebotomist personnel activities including time tracking, travel, general practices, provided operational reports.\nAssists with oversight of morning courier operations, scheduling available staff and monitoring routes.\nMinimal housekeeping of their assigned drop site and/or workstations.\nReview and approve phlebotomists working regular hours and overtime.
