ServiceNow.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and modules\nExperience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant module certifications (e.g., FSM ITSM, ).\nExperience with Agile development and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nMaintain data integrity between ServiceNow and external systems.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in ServiceNow applications.\nFollow best practices for system development lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow development standards.\nParticipate in upgrades, patching, and testing of new ServiceNow releases.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation and user training
