Together, we find and deliver the optimum solution to meet our customer's immediate and long-term needs.\nAs a Delivery Manager, you will act as a coach and mentor for the agile squads, a team of passionate functional and technical resources, supporting high quality, timely delivery to clients, and high performance. You must be well-versed in coaching and supporting the delivery of complex projects, comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in delivering value to our squads and clients alike.\nWe are a proud member of the Salesforce Talent Alliance, an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity in our environment and commit to the Pledge 1% movement to give back to our local community.\nMain duties and responsibilities\nOrganising, facilitating and continuous improvement of all Agile ceremonies (ie. scrums, scrum of scrum, retrospectives etc.) and maintain Sprint integrity\nSupporting and coaching Squad Leads to facilitate effective day-to-day project execution including but not limited to backlog management, refinement, prioritisation, sprint and release planning\nEnsuring the team keeps focused on Sprint goal, velocity and flow efficiency by acting as a buffer between external distractions\nUsing expert judgement and active listening to proactively remove impediments and blockers to improve delivery\nProviding multiple tools and platforms (e.g., Retrospectives, Client and Team Health Checks, etc.) for constant team feedback and ensuring necessary process improvements are introduced in a timely and effective manner\nFacilitating cross-training of team members to improve process, industry, product and skill knowledge\nYou bring thought leadership and facilitate learning opportunities for the team (ie., training workshops, knowledge share, product enablement, certifications etc.), develop and maintain training plans/materials to help the team learn important concepts\nProactively identify, coach and assist individual team members with issues and challenges they may be facing\nProactively assist squads to achieve on-time, on-budget project delivery with accurate status reporting, project planning, budget, time, stakeholder and risk management\nContinuous coaching of the team on Agile/Scrum values and principles\nCollaborate with squad leads to extend resource capacity through engagement of nearshore and offshore teams\nBring visibility and transparency through weekly reporting and insights into client, project and team metrics with recommendations for continuous improvement\nSupport commercial managers with pre sales engagements (ie. RFIs, RFPs)\nAdditional duties as assigned\nYou:\nKnowledge and experience required\nBachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ year’s work experience\nProven track record of delivering full lifecycle programmes, ideally CRM and/or cloud based solutions\nStrong knowledge of agile delivery management methodologies (ie. Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software delivery principles with a proven track record in on-time and on-budget delivery\nDemonstrable coaching experience, fostering and empowering high performance teams\nExperience leading or supporting squads from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams incl. P&L and forecasting\nCommercially minded, detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment\nExperience within Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries is beneficial\nSalesforce certifications are beneficial\nSoft Skills required\nKnowledge of the organisational structure and culture to build relationships with key stakeholders and team members\nAbility to build trust and openness in interactions within and outside the team\nAble to foster a positive environment and culture of trust, respect, and transparency where empowered, motivated, and protected teams thrive\nTeam player with strong customer facing skills, excellent presentation, spoken and written communication, and receptive listening skills;
