Track the 30 September GFEBS facility data capture, oversee annual ePRISMS validation of at least 10 percent of listed buildings, and ensure timely BUILDER discrepancy reporting.\nImplement the contractor quality control program. Monitor performance against Government standards and due dates, document defects, and direct corrective action that prevents repeat problems.\nAttend the post-award conference and performance meetings, coordinate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and manage personnel onboarding, training, GFEBS role and network access, contractor identification, security compliance, and contractor manpower reporting.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience managing a service delivery team and providing Government-facing operational support, including schedules, reporting, quality control, and corrective action.\nWorking knowledge of GFEBS and Army installation work management or related public works business processes sufficient to lead performance at contract start.\nAbility to interpret work order, financial, facility, or asset data;
