Rejoignez une équipe engagée qui vise l'excellence !\n As part of our automotive activities, we are looking for a Dimensional Engineer to own dimensional analysis within the assigned commodity / shop and coordinate the resolution of dimensional issues.\nThe role requires hands-on experience in Automotive BIW (Body in White), Closures, Stamping, or Vehicle Dimensional environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn dimensional analysis for the assigned commodity / shop and coordinate dimensional issue resolution;\n\nReview GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), datum strategy, measurement points, tolerances, build conditions, fixtures, gauges, and dimensional results;\n\nAnalyze dimensional variation and identify potential contributors related to product, process, tooling, fixture, measurement system, or assembly conditions;\n\nLead dimensional problem-solving reviews with relevant cross-functional teams;\n\nDefine, track, and maintain action plans through closure;\n\nIdentify dimensional risks, trends, and priorities;\n\nCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate dimensional status, trends, risks, and priorities;\n\nCoordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, tooling, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of dimensional issues;\n\nSupport dimensional performance during production and launch phases.\n\n Proven experience in automotive dimensional engineering / dimensional analysis;\n\nHands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:\nBIW / Body in White\n\nClosures\n\nStamping\n\nVehicle Dimensional\n\nStrong knowledge of GD&T, datum strategy, tolerances, measurement points, fixtures, and gauges;\n\nAbility to analyze dimensional variation and identify root causes linked to product, process, tooling, fixtures, measurement systems, or assembly;\n\nExperience in dimensional problem-solving and action plan follow-up;\n\nAbility to create and present technical dashboards and dimensional reports;\n\nExperience in an automotive launch environment is highly valued;\n\nExperience with a premium OEM launch is preferred.\n\n Nous offrons :\nUn
