Interns partner with leaders and cross-functional teams on projects involving process improvement, patient experience, data analysis, education, operational efficiency, and program development, while gaining exposure to healthcare leadership and system operations.\nThis position serves as a short-term staff assistant in the assigned area with the goal of gaining knowledge of and business expertise in the subject matter area. The ranges of duties may include but are not limited to: administrative, clerical, research and analysis, service support, and clinical service and/or support. Applicability of each of these types of duties will depend on the service line, business unit, or functional area in which the intern works.
