This position is responsible for hiring, terminating, provides performance counseling and appraisals for the Support Services team. This position is responsible for providing optimal customer service in specimen procurement, specimen processing and referral services as well as accommodating outpatient, physician office clients, nursing personnel and visitors for any laboratory service. This position uses a team approach to work with their one-up, Lab managers, supervisors, site managers or administration, as well as other departments to develop processes and procedures to establish efficient workflow and use of resources to resolve issues, to promote a high level of employee morale and to ensure a high level of satisfaction with TriHealth’s lab services.
