Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for building customer-facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and a team of developers.
• You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential.
• You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth.

Requirements:

• Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS ( SASS or LESS or Tailwind)
• Good experience in ReactJS.
• Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills.
• Experience in at least one backend technologies - REST APIs, NodeJS.
• At least one database like MongoDB, NoSql, MySql, PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to UI Performance improvement techniques - for example - page speed improvement, Light Score, etc.
• Experience in any ecommerce platform added advantage.
• Cloud platform experience - AWS / Google Cloud. Nextjs exposure.
• Graduate - BE / B. tech. or equivalent. 6 to 10 years of experience.
• Self-motivated and quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A good team player with nice communication skills.
• Energy and a real passion to work in a startup environment.
