Trileaf serves the wireless communications, real estate, and financial industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and many branch offices throughout the U.S.\n\nPosition Summary: The Senior Project Manager supervises a larger team of environmental staff and manages more complex, higher-value client relationships than a Project Manager, while building toward the broader team leadership, business development, and financial oversight responsibilities of a Group Manager. This role accepts and delegates projects across an expanded client portfolio, mentors Project Managers and staff, and contributes to business development and proposal efforts. Requires significant experience managing environmental due diligence projects and staff, including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment experience.\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupervise a larger team of environmental scientists and/or Project Managers (typically 6-10+ direct and indirect reports)\nPerform semi-annual performance reviews for all direct reports\nAccept and delegate environmental due diligence projects across an expanded client portfolio\nPerform QA/QC review on projects and proposals prior to submission, including reviewing the work of Project Managers and staff\nMentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and less experienced staff on technical, client management, and project execution matters\nManage more complex and/or higher-value client accounts and projects, serving as the primary point of contact for designated clients\nSupport business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients\nAssist in the preparation of proposals and scoping for complex projects\nTrack and report project and team financial performance, including budget, billing, and profitability, to business leaders.\nAssist with the development of training material and enforcement of corporate policies\nOther duties as assigned\n Required Skills & Abilities:\nPhase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and/or NEPA experience required\nStrong knowledge of environmental due diligence practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards\nDemonstrated experience managing and mentoring staff\nStrong client relationship management skills, with the ability to serve as primary point of contact for complex accounts\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage workload with sound judgment\nStrong oral and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail\nThorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)\nAbility and willingness to travel\nExperience in the wireless telecommunications industry preferred\n Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field required\n5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs and/or NEPA), including at least 2 years of staff or project supervisory experience\n Licenses and Certifications:\nValid driver's license required\nEnvironmental Professional (EP) designation, Professional Geologist (PG), or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
