Bring your curiosity, energy, and determination, and you'll play a key role in our growth journey.\nIf you're comfortable taking initiative, enjoy exploring new possibilities, and are passionate about crypto and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll feel right at home here.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and manage multiple products and opportunities simultaneously, setting clear product strategies, priorities and roadmaps based on customer value, business impact and evidence\n\nRapidly incubate and validate new ideas, moving from hypothesis and demand validation through to MVP/POC and scaled development where there is evidence to invest further\n\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to build, test and iterate quickly, while making clear decisions on when to scale, pivot or stop\n\nPut customers at the heart of product decisions, combining direct customer engagement, behavioural data, market insight and demand signals to identify problems, validate opportunities and shape product direction\n\nDevelop clear and detailed product briefs, translating customer problems and opportunities into requirements, assumptions, success measures and trade-offs that enable teams to execute effectively\n\nLeverage AI tools and agents extensively to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, validation and iteration, continually looking for ways to increase the speed and quality of product development\n\nDrive alignment internally and externally, clearly communicating product direction, decisions, progress and risks to stakeholders while working with customers and partners to shape opportunities and influence broader product strategy\n\nWhat You'll Need\nPrevious experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company (blockchain experience preferred)\n\nExperience formulating and driving a product-focused vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers and partners\n\nComfortable working with AI coding/agent tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) to prototype, test, or ship product ideas directly\n\nSome technical/engineering fluency - enough to read/understand code, reason about feasibility and trade-offs, and collaborate closely with engineering\n\nGeneral passion for the crypto space and avid follower of market trends and developments\n\nStrong understanding of design best practices\n\nExperience with agile development methodologies\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\nWhy You'll Love It\nJoin a fast-paced environment where you'll lead impactful initiatives.
