The team is led by the Finance Director, who is based in Dubai.\nRole Responsibilities:\nInvoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nVendor Management: Maintain and update vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment issues.\n\nReconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of AP transactions and resolve any discrepancies.\n\nReporting: Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.\n\nCompliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, including tax compliance.\n\nLeadership: Mentor and train junior AP staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n\nPayment Processing: Manage and oversee the payment processing cycle ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.\n\nStakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.\n\nRole Requirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\n\nSkills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.\n\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.\n\nCertifications: CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not mandatory.\n\nLanguage Proficiency: Proficiency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken, is required.\n\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
