Trillium is very customer centric to meet specific needs, provides innovative engineering design with a global footprint that is focused on meeting our customers’ original equipment and aftermarket needs.\nLocation: Fresno, CA\nFLSA Classification: Exempt / Salaried\nCompensation Range: $75,000 - $115,000 annually\nCompensation is determined by a combination of an individual's education, experience, skills, and qualifications.\nPurpose of Role\nTrillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects that improve operational performance, enhance product quality, and support strategic business initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from concept through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements and company objectives.\nThe Manufacturing Project Manager serves as a key liaison between manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and successful project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nIncluding but not limited to:\nLead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements while monitoring project progress and mitigating risks.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production Planning, Customer Service, and other business functions.\nAnalyze manufacturing processes, production data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, cost reductions, and process optimization.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.\nFacilitate project meetings, communicate project status, and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders.\nCoordinate supplier and vendor activities to ensure project deliverables, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.\nServe as a primary customer contact for assigned manufacturing programs, quotations, contracts, engineering changes, and project-related communications.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on production schedules and customer commitments.\nEnsure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental requirements, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable quality management systems.\nSupport new product introductions, manufacturing process improvements, and capital equipment implementation projects.\nMaintain complete and accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and action plans.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 3-5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and continuous improvement principles.\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project and Excel.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.\nExperience within pump manufacturing, rotating equipment, industrial equipment, or heavy manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting customer-driven manufacturing programs and engineered-to-order products.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nWork Environment\nThe noise level in the work environment will vary.
