Your experience matters and your next chapter starts here.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls\nSupport new clients through onboarding and service setup\nAct as a trusted point of contact for client enquiries and service requests\nUse CRM systems to maintain accurate records and track client progress\nConnect clients with suitable service providers based on their individual needs\nEncourage service utilisation and help clients maximise their Home Care Package benefits\nBuild strong relationships with clients, families, providers and internal teams\nContribute to a positive client experience through proactive communication and follow-up\nWhat You Bring\nExcellent communication skills and a genuine client-first approach\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\nA confident and calm phone presence\nExperience using CRM systems or similar customer management platforms\nStrong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills\nCustomer service, coordination, concierge, or client-facing experience highly regarded\nComfortable working to KPIs, but with quality always front of mind\nExperience in aged care, health, or community services is valued - but not essential\nWho This Role Suits\nWe care more about mindset than resumes.
