You’ll help identify opportunities for AI, automation and emerging technologies while ensuring privacy, security and responsible data use are built into every product decision.\nIf you combine customer empathy, commercial judgement, systems thinking and technical understanding, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nProduct ownership and delivery\nOwn initiatives end to end, from discovery and prioritisation through development, release and post-launch evaluation.\nDefine problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nMaintain a prioritised roadmap balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.\nEstablish success metrics and use data to measure impact and guide improvements.\nDiscovery and solution design\nConduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing and data analysis.\nCollaborate with design and engineering to develop practical, user-focused solutions.\nUnderstand platform architecture, APIs, integrations and technical constraints.\nChallenge assumptions, clarify scope and identify risks and dependencies early.\nStakeholder collaboration\nBuild strong relationships across Care Operations, Finance, People & Culture and executive leadership.\nAlign competing priorities, communicate trade-offs and influence decisions.\nCoordinate with product and project teams, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.\nAI, privacy and innovation\nIdentify opportunities to improve products and workflows through AI, automation and emerging technologies.\nExplore practical applications of AI agents with appropriate safeguards.\nEmbed privacy, security, consent and data minimisation into product design, protecting sensitive personal, health and financial information.\nWhat you’ll bring\nEnd-to-end product management: Experience leading initiatives from discovery to delivery and measuring outcomes.\n\nDiscovery and problem-solving: Ability to research user needs, validate assumptions and make evidence-based decisions.\n\nPrioritisation: Sound judgement balancing value, effort, urgency, risk and delivery capacity.\n\nStakeholder management: Confidence influencing senior and non-technical stakeholders with competing priorities.\n\nTechnical fluency: Understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, data models and technical trade-offs.\n\nData-driven thinking: Ability to define success metrics, analyse results and adapt based on evidence.\n\nPrivacy awareness: Experience handling sensitive information and understanding privacy obligations, including the Australian Privacy Principles.\n\nCommunication: Ability to simplify complex concepts and write clear, actionable requirements.\n\nExperience that will set you apart\nExperience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:\nAged care, healthcare, community services or other regulated industries.\nInternal platforms, CRMs, case management systems or operational workflows.\nFunding, care planning, billing, invoicing, payments or government claiming systems.\nAPIs, platform integrations, data products, legacy migrations or build-versus-buy decisions.\nDelivering AI or automation features in production.\nAccessibility and inclusive design, particularly for older people and users with varying digital confidence.\nDigital transformation, technology adoption or working in fast-growing organisations.\nProduct management, agile, UX, business analysis, data analytics or relevant privacy and security training.\nExperience
