This is an opportunity to play a key role in a multi-year effort to modernize large-scale, mission-critical systems that support essential government operations. \nYou will work alongside a high-performing, collaborative team focused on delivering smart, innovative technology solutions that solve real problems and drive meaningful outcomes. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to impactful, enterprise-level initiatives. You hold an active Secret Security Clearance and are ready to contribute from day one. \nWhat you will do:\nDeliver projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently. \n\nWork with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translating this into user stories. \n\nLead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team. \n\nMatrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team. \n\nEnsure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production). \n\nActively and openly share knowledge of best practices. \n\nHigh-level objects include, but are not limited to the following: \n\nMigrate all current-system functionality from the mainframes and operate within a cloud-based environment (AWS GovCloud) \n\nIncorporate modern name search capabilities. \n\nExpand image handling to accept larger files and support additional file formats, such as PDF. \n\nTransition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement. \n\nBuild new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the OpenShift platform \n\nTransition database functionality from IBM DB2 to the appropriate cloud data store. \n\nUpdate NIEM schemas and IEPDs to allow agencies to use updated functionality and speed up the dot-delimited message format retirement. \n\nHow Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by your ability to drive consistent, high-quality delivery while strengthening team performance and stakeholder confidence. \nDelivery Performance: Teams consistently meet sprint and release commitments with predictable velocity and minimal disruption \n\nProgram Impact: Contributions support measurable progress on system modernization goals and overall mission outcomes \n\nTeam Effectiveness: Agile teams operate with clarity, accountability, and strong collaboration, with continuous improvement visible over time \n\nRisk & Issue Management: Risks, blockers, and dependencies are identified early and resolved quickly, minimizing impact to delivery \n\nStakeholder Confidence: Product Owners, leadership, and customers have clear visibility into progress and trust in the team’s ability to execute \n\nAgile Maturity: Teams demonstrate adoption of Agile best practices, with improved backlog health, sprint quality, and retrospectives that lead to real change \n\nCross-Team Coordination: Work across multiple teams is aligned, reducing bottlenecks and improving overall program efficiency \n\nCompliance Alignment: Delivery practices meet the expectations of a federal, security-conscious environment without slowing execution \n\nAt its core, success means your teams deliver meaningful outcomes, not just completed tasks, and do so in a way that is sustainable, transparent, and continuously improving. \nWhat you bring:We require:\n\nBachelor’s Degree with 5 years of work experience. \n\nActive Tier 3 Secret clearance. \n\nExperience working in an agile environment \n\nNice to have: \nExperience supporting federal programs or working within GovCon environments \n\nFamiliarity with large-scale system modernization or enterprise transformation efforts \n\nExperience working across multiple Agile teams or within scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.) \n\nBackground in software development, systems engineering, or technical program delivery \n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms \n\nScrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar) \n\nExperience operating in security or compliance-driven environments (CMMC, NIST, or similar frameworks) \n\nWork Environment: Remote with occasional travel as required.\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\n\nSalary range: $120,000 - $123,000\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience\n\nPerformance bonus eligibility\n\n401k with company match\n\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n\nLife and disability insurance\n\nHealth Savings Account\n\nProfessional development programs\n\nEmployee referral bonus program\n\nWhy Trilogy Innovations\nAt Trilogy Innovations, we believe strong teams build meaningful solutions.
