You thrive in collaborative environments where innovation and continuous improvement are expected, not optional.\nWhat you will do:\nEvaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. \nDesigns, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. \nDevelops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. \nServes as a subject matter specialist providing testing knowledge for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. \nDirects and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection. \nDesigns, plans, creates, executes, and provides SOS test reports. \nReviews government test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. \nObserves and evaluates the execution of customer acceptance test activities. \nPerforms integration activities involving developed application software. \nIdentifies and documents problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation. \nAnalyzes the requirements for each test event and shall assist in the scheduling of the SOS non-operational environments test assets. \nSupports and assists in the execution of FBI-conducted security certification testing of SOS systems and components. \nSupports the presentation and formal review or audit of test results, providing briefing and decision support material. \nUsing FBI-supplied software configuration management control tools, accepts developed software code and integrates the code into builds (i.e., incremental releases) to support test, integration, deployment, and cut-in to operations activities. \nMaintains and provides controls for multiple test software and hardware baselines. \nHow success is measured:\nYou will be successful if you:\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks that improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability.\nConsistently identify, document, and help remediate defects early in the development lifecycle, reducing production issues and improving overall software quality.\nDeliver accurate, thorough, and timely test plans, test cases, test reports, and testing metrics that support program milestones and customer objectives.\nSuccessfully support system integration, customer acceptance testing, security certification testing, and release activities while ensuring compliance with FBI and program standards.\nCollaborate effectively with developers, engineers, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve testing processes, and support successful system deployments.\nMaintain high-quality software and hardware test baselines, ensuring configuration control, traceability, and readiness across development, test, and operational environments.\nContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by enhancing automation capabilities, increasing test efficiency, and improving overall product quality and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you bring\nWe require:\nBachelor’s Degree with 8 years of work experience. \nActive Tier 3 Secret clearance. \nExperience working within an Agile Methodology \n6 + years’ experience with test automation \n6+ years’ experience with test scripting \nDemonstrated working experience with ReadyAPI to include initial configuration and setup \nDemonstrated working experience with Groovy scripting \nExperience with Java and JavaScript language to support basic troubleshooting in a development and cloud environments \nExperience with, or willingness to rapidly learn how to navigate IBM DOORS software product for necessary legacy requirements reference \nExperience with Git/GitHub execution \nExcellent written and verbal communications skills \nExperience with Red Hat OpenShift \nExperience with Elastic, Kabana, and/or Granafa\nBasic Spreadsheet manipulation (Excel for example)\nAtlassian Suite for work tracking (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, etc.)\nKubernetes (Basic understanding is useful) \nAWS (Basic understanding is useful)\nMicrosoft Outlook and Teams for communication\nWork environment: Remote with occasional travel \nCompensation and Benefits:\nSalary range: $118,000 - $121,000\nCompetitive salary based on experience\nPerformance bonus eligibility\n401k with company match\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nLife and disability insurance\nHealth Savings Account\nProfessional development programs\nEmployee referral bonus program\nWhy Trilogy Innovations\nAt Trilogy Innovations, we believe strong teams build meaningful solutions.
