They contribute to the company's cash flow by adhering to billable sections of contract agreements and generating and distributing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\nDuties Include:\nInvoicing: Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that invoices are complete and compliant with contracts, company policies and relevant regulations.\nResponsibilities will also include the following:Support the implementation of invoicing procedures, establishing protocols, setting up billing procedures, and developing invoicing workflows. \nOversee invoice processing, validation, and distribution.\nDesign invoice data categories and manage ERP system data. \nAnalyzed delays in approvals process to identify and resolve any issues with approval workflow.\nManage clients requests and inquires.Uploading and storing invoice records and electronically organizing contracts and supporting materials.\nMonitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely processing.\nPrepare and analyze billing reports. \nVerifying tax information.\nAssisting with past due or denied invoices.\n\nCustomer Relations: Collaborate with CPH leadership and PM teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes, fostering positive relationships with clients.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the invoicing process, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements/Abilities:\nProficiency in MS Office, and ability to analyze large sets of data. \nExcellent professional verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.\nExceptional attention to detail, proactive follow-up, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.\nStrong interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills\nStrong sense of urgency, with outstanding prioritization skills and professionalism\nFocuses on objectives and deliverables, execution of tasks, and fast implementation.\nReview documents for clerical errors and modify documents.\n Education and Experience:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. \n5-7 years of related experience with invoicing, and familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
