We are seeking an Electrical Engineer, PE to join our dynamic MEP team in Orlando, FL or Green Bay, WI!\nThe Electrical Engineer, PE is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects. This role focuses on providing innovative solutions to engineering challenges while supervising and executing a variety of projects to meet client requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles to deliver high-quality results and ensure project success.\nDuties Include\nLead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, motor controls, and instrumentation.\nCreate and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.\nMonitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful completion.\nReview and approve designs, specifications, and calculations, ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements.\nIdentify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve issues.\nEnsure all aspects of project safety comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.\nPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, design modifications, and status updates.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to upper management and clients.\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external clients, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with other engineering systems.\nSupport field activities such as site inspections, system start-up, and troubleshooting during construction and commissioning phases.\nPerform other duties as assigned. \nRequirements\n Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software’s platforms.\n AutoCAD experience is a plus.\n Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgement. \n Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nProfessional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial, municipal, or commercial projects.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design and drafting
