If you feel the same, then you’ve found your future.\nWe are seeking an Entry-Level Bridge Engineer to join our growing Transportation/Structural team in New England. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career engineer who is interested in bridge design, inspection, and rehabilitation projects and is eager to build a strong technical foundation while working alongside experienced bridge engineers.\nYou will support a variety of state and local transportation projects, gaining hands-on experience with bridge analysis, design, and plan development while developing proficiency in industry-standard software and design codes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the analysis and design of highway and pedestrian bridges, culverts, and other transportation structures\nSupport bridge rehabilitation, replacement, and inspection projects\nPrepare design calculations, technical memoranda, and construction documents\nDevelop plans and details using AutoCAD and MicroStation/OpenBridge\nPerform structural modeling and analysis under the guidance of senior engineers\nCoordinate with project team members and assist with quality control reviews\nLearn and apply applicable AASHTO, state DOT, and industry design standards\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)\n0-2 years of relevant structural or bridge engineering experience (internships/co-op experience will be considered)\nStrong interest in bridge and transportation structures\nFamiliarity with engineering software such as:AutoCAD\nMicroStation / OpenBridge\nLEAP Steel and/or LEAP Concrete\nBrR / BrD\nMIDAS (or similar structural analysis software)\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skill\n\nThis is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds-collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
