With expertise spanning civil/site engineering, environmental permitting, transportation infrastructure, construction management, and advanced surveying technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, timely solutions to local, state, and federal clients.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate proposal production from kickoff through final submission.\nReview RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify submission requirements and deadlines. \nDevelop proposal schedules and coordinate deliverables with technical staff.\nPrepare proposal documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.\nFormat resumes, project profiles, organizational charts, schedules, and other proposal content.\nEnsure proposals comply with client requirements, page limitations, and submission instructions.\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and technical staff to collect required information.\nAssist in developing proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and submission checklists. \nMaintain proposal files, resumes, and project descriptions.\nAssist with award submissions, qualification packages, and marketing collateral.\nTrack proposal opportunities and maintain pursuit logs.\nCoordinate printing, binding, shipping, and electronic submissions.\nSupport special marketing and business development initiatives as assigned. \nInfo-graphics creation, Photography and Videography \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3 + years of proposal coordination experience.\nExcellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills. \nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nExperience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat preferred.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.\nOccasional early morning or evening work to meet proposal deadlines.\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
