Position Overview

We are seeking a civil engineering professional to join our growing team based in Cape May Court House, NJ. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience who is interested in public-sector work and wants to continue building a long-term career through meaningful project responsibility, mentorship, and a clear path toward licensure and advancement.

In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of municipal engineering disciplines, including transportation, water and wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure, while gaining deeper involvement in how projects move from planning and review through design, permitting, construction, and completion.

This opportunity is well-suited for someone who has developed a solid technical foundation and is ready to build on it through greater ownership, direct municipal exposure, and a clear path toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
