Land Surveying - Fehr Graham\nYour Primary Responsibilities will include:\nAs the Professional Land Surveyor Manager, you will provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for the firm's surveying practice.\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nLead and develop a team of Professional Land Surveyors and survey staff across multiple office locations. \nOversee project execution, workload management, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. \nProvide technical leadership and quality assurance for survey projects, deliverables, and regulatory compliance. \nEstablish and maintain surveying standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization. \nMentor and support the professional development of survey personnel while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. \nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives. \nPartner with company leadership to drive operational excellence, pursue growth opportunities, and expand surveying services. \nMonitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and client feedback to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications:\n Required:\nProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois.\nBachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.\n10+ years of progressive land surveying experience, including leadership or management responsibilities. \nExperience overseeing multiple projects, teams, and priorities in a consulting environment.\n Preferred Skills & Experience:\nDemonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams. \nStrong project management, resource planning, and organizational skills. \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \nExperience mentoring and developing technical professionals. \nStrong client relationship management and business development capabilities. \nExperience supporting strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements. \nCollaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence.\nBenefits & Pay Transparency\nThe base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
