We are looking for Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida!\nThe Professional Surveyor delivers high-quality survey services while ensuring safety and technological advancement. Your expertise will foster strong client relationships and guide projects from inception to completion, emphasizing budget adherence, scheduling, and quality control.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n As a Professional Surveyor and Mapper you will have the opportunity to:\nFoster and grow client relationships; develop and monitor project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control for survey projects from the proposal stage through final deliverables.\nProvide oversight of survey activities to ensure assignments meet performance goals\nEffectively coordinate and communicate with other project team members and provide detailed instructions to survey support personnel.\nKeeping up with current technology and changes to the programs being used.\nPerforming calculations for field crews and mapping as needed.\nCompiling and researching projects as needed prior to starting work.\nAnalyzing deeds and research materials for the production of the survey.\nAssuring that all projects stay on schedule and within budget, and discussing any issues/discrepancies with Supervisor if needed.\nManaging office personnel assigned to your projects.\nCoordinating with the field crew supervisor your project needs and working with field staff to assure the desired product from the field.\nPrioritizing projects and their schedules for yourself and staff.\nCoordinating QA/QC scheduling.\nMonitoring each project to ensure that client is satisfied with service and product and that all aspects of the scope have been performed fully and correctly.\nReviewing timesheets of assigned staff on a daily basis for your assigned projects.\nCoordinating and assisting with project estimates as requested.\n\nRequirements:\nLicensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) or (PLS) in the State of Florida and/or an additional license in Georgia is a plus. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSuccessful history of project management with, Site Development, and surveys.\nExperience with MicroStation and GEOPAK including Civil 3D or equivalent transportation surveying project management experience and familiarity with DOT Location & Surveys processes and standards.\nSubsurface Utility Engineering experience is a plus.\nValid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\nCPH offers Medical, Dental,
