Meyers, FL OR Miami, FL\nThe Project Designer - Land Development plays an essential role in supporting a wide range of projects for a MAJOR commercial brand! This is a very exciting opportunity for a mid-level candidate with a strong design skill set in tools such as AutoCAD and Civil3D. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess a collaborative working approach to join a dynamic team at CPH!\nPosition Overview:\n\nOur Project Designer - Land Development will work in alignment with the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer to support final delivery of key client deliverables for large commercial developments. The primary focus of this position will involve providing day to day support on site layout, grading, and full construction site coordination/design. \nWhat You'll Do:\nPrepare accurate presentation, design, and construction documents using AutoCAD.\nCollaborate and coordinate with the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.\nInterpret relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements to guide the design process.\nImplement and utilize established CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.\nCalculate quantities, areas, and other essential data necessary for land development civil engineering designs.\nTravel periodically to perform site investigations, take measurements, and observe construction progress, followed by the preparation of detailed reports and exhibits.\nAssist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines and ensure timely submission to agencies with jurisdiction.\nFocuses on developing detailed technical drawings and designs, calculating material quantities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. \nWorks closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Need:\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Suite software’s and drafting techniques are a MUST. \nProficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.\nExperience in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Industrial projects is a plus.\nAdaptable and receptive to instruction from others.\nComfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team\nExcellent oral, written and organizational skills.\nFlexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines.\nDetail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.\nValid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record\n Education and Experience:\nAssociate’s Degree or Computer -
