This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support professional services teams through strong organization, financial tracking, and proactive communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a PMA, you’ll provide critical administrative, operational, and financial support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.\nProject Coordination & Communication\nCoordinate schedules, meetings, and day-to-day project communications\nServe as a central point of contact for project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders\nTrack deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to support on-time project execution\nAdministrative & Documentation Support\nMaintain accurate project documentation, files, and records\nAssist with proposal assembly, contract coordination, and project correspondence\nSupport compliance requirements and audit preparation as needed\nOperational Support\nAssist Project Managers with internal coordination and workflow organization\nHelp monitor project progress and keep teams aligned on priorities\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary civil engineering project teams\nFinancial & Invoicing Support\nAssist with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking\nTrack project costs, allocations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport Project Managers during the invoicing cycle by reviewing draft invoices, coordinating revisions, and preparing invoices for final billing\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field\n2+ years of relevant experience in project administration, project accounting, or project coordination\nExperience supporting professional services or consulting projects preferred\nAEC industry experience highly preferred\nProficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and MS Office applications\nThe ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail\nA team-oriented, service-focused approach to supporting Project Managers\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBenefits\nThe base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting.
