We are seeking a Registered Architect to join and help lead our dynamic Architecture team in Sanford, FL!\nThe Registered Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects from beginning through completion. This involves quality control, coordination with clients, engineers, contractors, and other teams to ensure the architectural designs are executed according to the project’s expectations, regulatory standards, budget, and project timeline. The Registered Architect will help manage the project team, and oversee the design development, ensuring the quality and integrity of the architectural work.\nDuties Include\nManage the design process, including design, design development, and final design documentation.\nCreate and present plan proposals, including drawings, models, and descriptions.\nEnsure designs meet client needs, budget, and regulatory requirements complying with local, state and federal regulations. \nAssist in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. \nOversee project targets, manage risks, and address any issues that may arise during the project. \nServe as a point of contact for clients and other members of team throughout the project. \nEnsure architectural drawings and specification are accurate, complete, and compliant with all standards.\nReview designs and documentation for accuracy and functionality.\nConduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.\nMaintain high standards of architectural quality and innovation. \nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExperience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.\nStrong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws and regulatory requirements\nExcellent oral, written, and organizational skills, and ability to maintain schedules and meet project deadlines. \nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work cross-functionally in a team environment. \nFamiliar with the architecture and engineering industry. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.\nRegistered Architect licensure required.\n5+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on large commercial
