You will be the day-to-day administrator and subject-matter expert for our collections and cash application platform while building a broad treasury foundation, partnering closely with firm finance teams, Accounting, Corporate Development, IT, and executive leadership. This role will sit out of our Denver office in a hybrid capacity.\nKey Responsibilities\nTreasury Operations\nSupport daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting, including liquidity needs and funding recommendations. \nOwn and improve cash forecasting processes, accuracy, and tools over time. \nAdminister daily payment processing and banking platforms, including wire and ACH release, approval workflows, user entitlements, and payment file integrations. \nMaintain payment controls, fraud-prevention practices, and banking procedures; coordinate with banking partners through resolution. \nPrepare leadership reporting on cash position, liquidity, DSO, and working capital indicators. \nSupport treasury aspects of acquisition integration and treasury technology initiatives, and partner with Accounting on month-end and quarter-end treasury activities. \nCollections and Cash Application Administration\nServe as primary administrator and super user of the collections, cash application, and cash forecasting platform, covering configuration, user access and security, workflows, reporting, and issue triage. \nLead rollout of additional firms and modules, including data integration, user acceptance testing, and change management. \nDrive adoption across firm finance teams through role-based training, documented procedures, and usage monitoring. \nMonitor AR aging, disputes, and unapplied cash; report cash-conversion metrics to leadership and firm finance leaders. \nCapital Markets and Strategic Support\nSupport debt compliance monitoring, covenant and lender reporting, and financing-related schedules. \nPrepare analysis and presentation materials for lender discussions, liquidity planning, and capital structure decisions. \nSupport credit agreement administration, amendments, and refinancing activity by coordinating information, documentation, and timelines. \nSupport acquisition financing and due diligence in coordination with the Corporate Development team, including scenario and cost-of-capital analysis. \nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. \n5-8 years of experience in treasury, accounts receivable, finance operations, or shared services, including ownership of cross-functional processes. \nWorking knowledge of treasury operations - cash positioning, cash forecasting, payments, bank account administration, bank reporting, and banking relationships - with a genuine interest in growing across the treasury function. \nFamiliarity with accounts receivable and collections processes, including aging analysis, disputes, and cash application. \nExperience administering or serving as a super user of a treasury, collections, or AR automation platform; HighRadius experience is a plus. \nCollections management experience, including building or improving cash forecasting processes and treasury management systems. \nKnowledge of cash management, debt structures, covenant reporting, and working capital management. \nExperience in a multi-entity, acquisitive organization. \nCTP, CFA, or CPA credential preferred \n\nAbout Trilon\nTrilon was formed with the vision of building the next Top 20 infrastructure consulting firm in North America by bringing together some of the nation’s best infrastructure consulting firms, focused on delivering practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
