training.\n\nWhat you'll do\n Business Development & Client Growth (Primary Focus)\nDevelop and expand relationships with municipalities, local agencies, and public/private sector clients \nIdentify and pursue new project opportunities \nLead proposal development, presentations, and client meetings \nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal work \nServe as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long-term partnerships \nProject Management & Delivery\nManage the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects \nOversee scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery \nCoordinate internal teams across disciplines \nAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle \nEnsure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements \n Leadership & Strategy\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior staff \nSupport strategic growth initiatives in the municipal market \nContribute to revenue growth through project delivery and new client acquisition \nWhat it takes\n10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure\nBackground working with a consulting firm or municipality \nProven experience in business development, client management, or winning work \nStrong understanding of municipal systems (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways) \nProfessional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain) \nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills \nAbility to operate independently and drive
