We're looking for a Civil Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about delivering quality engineering solutions and tackling complex technical challenges. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of commercial, industrial, energy, utility, and community projects throughout the Midwest, working alongside a talented team of engineers to bring projects from concept to completion.

We're seeking someone with strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You'll play a hands-on role in the design process while also leading project teams -delegating work, providing technical guidance, and helping engineers successfully deliver high-quality results. From developing innovative solutions to overseeing project execution, you'll help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with excellence at every stage.
