Municipal Engineering - Fehr Graham\nWhat you’ll do\n As our Project Engineer, you’ll be asked to take on dynamic engineering projects. We'll also count on you to:\nDevelop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities. \nManage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.\nDevelop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.\nPrepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.\n What it takes\n Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. Ideally, you’ll also:\nHave a proven track record of successful project design and management.\nBe a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.\nHave a strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites.\nSpeak and write well.\nHave strong analytical and organizational skills. \nBe a team player and excel at mentoring others.\nHave a passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for our clients.\n What you’ll get\n You’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow professionally at our progressive firm, which started in 1973.
