At Horrocks, we believe the best work comes from companies with values, that our people are our greatest resource, and that we have a responsibility to the communities where we work. As a Transportation Engineering Manager, you will manage and support growth in New Mexico with our Transportation Team and be part of a growing practice focused on meeting our clients' needs, while also coordinating internally with senior leadership and developing our next generation of professionals.
This role is built for someone who wants to develop people, not just manage a headcount. You'll have real ownership in shaping the team, with the autonomy to build a structure that works and the trust of senior leadership to help influence where this practice goes next.
