If you’re ready for a challenge that will help drive forward an industry leading team, we invite you to begin your journey with us.\nPay Details\n$27.00 per hour\nSchedule\nMonday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday\nOvertime opportunities after hours and on weekends\nJob Details\nFull time position\nDirect deposit paid bi-weekly\nPaid training\nOur facility offers a work/life balance\nResponsibilities\nAbility to read and follow the company and site-specific policies and procedures.\nAbility to operate railcar loading systems and equipment (Trackmobile operator and conductor).\nMust be able to pass CN & CP eRail safe background checks.\nParticipation in safety training programs\nProfessional interaction and collaboration with other BPL Team Members and customers\nWeigh scale operation (scaling in trucks in and out of facility).\nCommunicating and verifying self-load transfers.\nAssist with maintenance, clean-up, and other duties as assigned\nWork safely, using proper and supplied PPE.\nOther duties as assigned by manager\nQualifications\nValid Driver's License or ID\nBasic computer skills.\nAdministratively strong (Organized/effective communicator/detail oriented/problem solver)\nAbility and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.\nPrevious industrial experience preferred\nMay work above shoulder level with power and /or hand tools weighing 15 pounds or less\nMust meet physical requirements of the position and have mobility, vision, hearing, and sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties performed.\nMay stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or less.\nPrevious experience operating machinery preferred\nGrade 12 or equivalent preferred\nBenefits\nWe invest in our employee’s growth through training and development programs.
