confidently\nProactively identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization\nDrive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships\nProject & Campaign Management\nOwn project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans\nCoordinate internal teams across paid media, organic, email, social, etc.\nEnsure campaigns launch on schedule and align with strategic objectives\nFacilitate internal status meetings and maintain team accountability\nIdentify risks early and proactively solve problems\nManage scope changes and ensure alignment with agreed-upon deliverables\nStrategy & Performance Oversight\nTranslate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies\nCollaborate with channel specialists to ensure tactical alignment\nReview campaign performance reports for accuracy and insight\nMonitor KPIs and ensure initiatives are driving measurable results\nRecommend adjustments based on performance data and trends\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain organized documentation, briefs and reporting frameworks\nImprove workflows and processes to increase efficiency\nSupport resource planning and workload management\nEnsure clarity between client expectations and internal execution\nREQUIREMENTS\n3-6+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role\nExperience working with performance marketing or lead generation accounts\nStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, lead generation, CRO, etc.)\nProven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously\nExperience using project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHighly organized with strong attention to
