You're comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating across disciplines, and continuously learning new technologies, AI tools, and design techniques.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign engaging digital marketing creative across paid social, display advertising, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.\nProduce high-quality production design assets in multiple formats, sizes, and specifications for web, social, email, and advertising platforms.\nCreate digital advertisements that are optimized for the unique requirements of platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and display networks.\nDevelop lightweight motion graphics, animated advertisements, and other motion-based creative that enhances campaign performance.\nDesign responsive digital experiences that are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with client goals.\nTranslate creative briefs and marketing strategies into thoughtful visual solutions that support measurable business outcomes.\nCollaborate with strategists, copywriters, developers, account managers, and fellow designers throughout the creative process.\nEnsure all creative aligns with established brand standards while maintaining consistency across campaigns and marketing channels.\nPrepare production-ready files and assets that meet technical specifications for development, email, advertising, and print when needed.\nPerform quality assurance on all creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.\nOrganize and maintain design files, asset libraries, templates, and creative systems.\nStay current on emerging design trends, digital platforms, animation techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.\nContribute ideas that improve creative quality, production efficiency, and overall team workflows.\nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.\n5+ years of professional graphic design experience.\nDigital marketing agency experience preferred.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital campaign design and production.\nExperience designing across a variety of digital marketing channels, including:Paid social advertising\nDisplay advertising\nEmail marketing\nLanding pages\nWebsites\nOrganic social media\n\nExperience creating production-ready creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and platform specifications.\nExperience working within established brand guidelines while developing fresh campaign creative.\nExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and collaborative workflows.\nExperience creating digital animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools;
