initiatives.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nStrategize, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels for assigned clients.\nMaintain strong client relationships by proactively driving digital strategies aligned with business goals.\nAct as the lead digital strategist for client accounts, overseeing campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO, and email marketing.\nDevelop budget recommendations, campaign goals, and KPIs, ensuring clear performance tracking.\nHands-on execution of paid media, SEO, or other digital strategies as needed, in addition to managing internal specialists.\nContinuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.\nStay ahead of digital marketing trends to guide client strategies and internal best practices.\nLead client communication via meetings, reports, and strategic recommendations.\nSupport new client onboarding, case study development, and business development opportunities as needed.\nMentor and support Account Coordinators and Digital Strategists in growing their expertise.\nEnsure all strategies align with performance goals and deliver measurable business impact.\nProfessional Skills & Qualifications\n7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid and/or organic strategies (agency experience preferred).\nStrong knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) and/or organic search (SEO, content, and website optimization).\nProficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other key digital marketing platforms.\nExperience managing digital marketing budgets with a proven track record of performance-driven results.\nAbility to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.\nUp-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms (preferred).\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage internal teams.\nExcellent project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in presenting strategy and performance insights to client leadership teams.\nA problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering client
