You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills to ensure project success in a dynamic environment.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: \nProject Management:\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scope or direction as needed.\nCollaborate with departments to understand needs and provide resolution options.\nDevelop technical acumen related to departmental functions and technologies.\nConduct project meetings, presentations, and training sessions.\nProvide documented weekly project updates.\nRelationship Management:\nCultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.\nPartner with third-party vendors to deliver project objectives.\nLead pre-project, recurring, and post-project meetings.\nTrain incoming project managers as required.\nProcess Improvement:\nIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives.\nDevelop and test project processes, presenting findings and recommendations.\nCreate training content and disseminate information through marketing channels.\nCommunication:\nCommunicate project plans, timelines, and dashboards to stakeholders.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nStrong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.\nEffective interpersonal skills for collaboration with various functional areas.\nIntegrity and ethical character with a focus on accountability.\nSelf-driven and self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExceptional work ethic with a focus on achieving goals in a timely manner.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.\n6 – 8 years of Project Management or similar experience.\nRestaurant equipment and/or foodservice experience preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
