divisional performance.\nTeam Management and Development:\nLead, mentor, and coach a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nProvide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the project management team.\nProject Oversight and Execution:\nOversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within the division, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.\nMonitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize project outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders.\nStakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and facilitate resolution of issues to maintain alignment and support for project objectives.\nResource Allocation and Optimization:\nAllocate resources effectively, including diverse industries and contexts.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.\n12 – 15 years of experience in project management roles, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.\nCertified Food Service Professional (CFSP) certification a plus.\nExperience in industries such as food service, construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous.\nProficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Jir desirable.\nAbility to travel as needed for project requirements.\nAbility to successfully pass a background check post offer
