Additionally, this position entails training and mentoring Delivery & Install team members to excel in their roles.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: \nRouting and Planning:\nPlan delivery and installation routes according to the daily schedule to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nTraining and Mentoring:\nTrain and mentor Delivery & Installers on position procedures, best practices, and safety regulations.\nLoading and Driving:\nEfficiently and safely load vehicles using forklifts, dollies, etc., ensuring proper securing of equipment.\nDrive a 26 ft box truck to transport equipment to designated locations.\nInstallation and Repair:\nComplete onsite paperwork accurately, obtaining required signatures from management.\nTroubleshoot basic equipment repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.\nCompliance and Safety:\nFollow and understand all company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.\nUtilize company-provided technology for inventory management and accurate recording of customer visits.\nEquipment Maintenance:\nSurvey safety devices and equipment regularly, maintaining clean and safe work areas.\nTake periodic inventory of parts, materials, and components as directed.\nTraining and Communication:\nRead and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.\nComply with and teach safety regulations to Delivery and Installers, fostering a culture of safety.\nMiscellaneous Duties:\nLift heavy objects (75-100 pounds), crawl, and kneel as necessary.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide direction to Install Technicians.\nExcellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize work effectively.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive team success.\nFlexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.\n5+ years of relevant experience in equipment installation and repair.\nSuccessful completion of an accredited Technical/Trade School is preferred.\nMust successfully pass and maintain a D.O.T. medical exam.\nBasic computer skills are required.\n2+ years of experience in driving 16-26 ft box trucks.\nAbility to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to lift 50 pounds.\nBend or twist body.\nUse hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools. or controls.\nStand for long periods of time.\nKeep or regain their balance.\nKneel, stoop, crouch, or
