This role requires advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence. The Senior Installation Technician will also provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project completion.\n\n********Must have experience installing commercial kitchen equipment.********\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: \nRouting and Coordination:\nPlan delivery and installation routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.\nTechnical Expertise:\nDemonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in installing and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring installations meet quality standards.\nSupervision and Training:\nProvide guidance and support to junior team members, mentoring them in installation procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.\nEquipment Handling and Driving:\nSafely load and transport equipment using appropriate tools and vehicles, including box trucks and forklifts.\nDocumentation and Compliance:\nComplete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.\nMaintenance and Repair:\nPerform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.\nSafety and Quality Assurance:\nUphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all installation activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.\nProblem-Solving and Decision-Making:\nIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.\nCustomer Service:\nProvide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nAdvanced technical skills and expertise in equipment installation and maintenance.\nLeadership abilities with the capacity to guide and support junior team members.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.\n5+ years of relevant experience in equipment installation and maintenance.\nAdvanced knowledge of installation procedures, tools, and equipment.\nDemonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.\nValid driver's license and clean driving record.\nCertification or training in relevant technical fields is a plus.\nAbility to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to lift 50 pounds.\nBend or twist body.\nUse hands to handle, control or feel
