Deliver exceptional service and support while helping our customers thrive with innovative solutions! In this weekend-centric role, you will bring a service-minded approach to a friendly, fast-paced environment while working a structured four-day schedule that provides extra days off.
Working Hours
Our follow the sun model means we provide 24/7 cover to our customers around the globe. In this role you will be required to work Saturdays from 8am-8pm and Sundays from 8am-8pm and Mondays from 8am-8pm and the option to work an additional 7 hours which can be worked across a different day of the week of your choosing.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Partner with customers to provide quotes, share deep product knowledge, and match their needs with appropriate solutions.
- Drive subscription renewals, up-sell services, and troubleshoot technical issues with service activation and operation.
- Process sales orders and payments, update client accounts, and ensure data integrity across company databases.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a warm, approachable, and outgoing manner.
- An enthusiasm to help people and be customer focused.
- Some experience in using a database management system
- Basic software or IT technical skills are highly advantageous.
Logistics
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote). You will be required to come to our Mid-Valley City Office in KL for the first week to participate in onboarding and training. You can then choose to work fully remote or work from our office during weekdays if you prefer.
