You will enjoy a unique four-day schedule, four days on and three days off, providing excellent work-life balance while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.\nKey Exciting Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal and external inquiries via phone and email.\nPartner with customers to provide quotes, share deep product knowledge, and match their needs with appropriate solutions.\nDrive subscription renewals, up-sell services, and troubleshoot technical issues with service activation and operation.\nProcess sales orders and payments, update client accounts, and ensure data integrity across company databases.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a warm, approachable, and outgoing manner. \nAn enthusiasm to help people and be customer focused. \nSome experience in using a database management system\nBasic software or IT technical skills are highly advantageous. \nLogistics\nLocation: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote). You will be required to come to our Mid-Valley City Office in KL for the first week to participate in onboarding and training.
