What Makes This Role Grea t: In this role, you will operate independently, using data and AI-driven insights to guide customer strategy, improve adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong adoption and retention outcomes
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives
- Leverage data and AI-driven insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Lead business reviews focused on value realization and customer health
- Partner cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes
Essential Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and value realization
- Experience using data and AI-enabled tools to drive customer outcomes
- Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver consistent results
Bonus Points Fo r
- Experience with Gainsight, Sale
- Salesforce, and advanced analytics or AI capabilities
- AECO industry experience

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
