Automating work and transforming workflows, Trimble is enabling teams to deliver with confidence at every turn.\nWhat Makes This Role Great:\nIn this role, you will deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes as well as ensuring new clients receive a best in class onboarding experience. You will tailor training to the client size and work with internal teams to develop your knowledge of software features that will enable our clients to use our software to its full potential.\nKey Exciting Responsibilities:\nAssist new or existing clients with training needs and questions such as new client installation\n\nProvide technical training via various onsite and virtual training methods\n\nProvide client support by actively working in the training queue when not in training or working on training documentation\n\nManage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation\n\nCultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate\n\nCreate and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses\n\nEssential Skills & Experience:\nEducational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences\n\nAbility to make effective, timely decisions\n\nKnowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nA self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities\n\nBonus Points For:\nExperience with Total Estimation products or similar ConTech software platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO 19650 standards or industry best practices\n\nBackground in developing and leading structured training or enablement programs\n\nLogistics:\nLocation: Leeds, UK - four days in office\nTravel Requirement: Up to 25%\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us:\nAt Trimble, we're not just a company that \"does good\"-we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.
