You will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and user understanding, creating intuitive training modules that empower professionals globally while shaping the future of construction technology education.\n Key Exciting Responsibilities\nCollaborate with Learning Services, product managers, and subject matter experts to design and develop high-impact training content for major product launches.\nRecord, edit, and produce professional eLearning and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) content using Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia.\nIdentify learning objectives and performance outcomes, applying sound instructional design principles to create functional, interactive materials.\nConsult with program managers to identify learning gaps and requirements, ensuring all assets meet quality and branding standards.\nPackage training content into learning modules and manage content within our learning systems.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent practical experience.\nProven experience in instructional design and video production, ideally within a software or technology environment.\nExpertise in multimedia and AI authoring tools, specifically Camtasia, Articulate Rise, and Articulate Storyline.\nStrong ability to communicate effectively, manage competing demands, and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\nProficiency in establishing learning objectives and evaluative strategies to deliver quality content.\nBonus Points For:\nSpanish language skills.\nExperience as an administrator for Learning Management Systems such as Docebo.\nWorking knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods, and file formats.\nExperience with technical writing and usage of Google Workspace applications.\nKnowledge of or experience with the construction industry.\nLogistics\nLocation: Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO (In-office at least 4 days per week).\nTravel Requirement: 5-10% travel required.\n Why You'll Love Working With Us\nAt Trimble, we're not just a company that does good-we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.\nWe build innovative solutions designed to solve the world's most critical challenges.
