Find out more about our company and culturehere.\nThe Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and owning the implementation of new customers to the Trimedx clinical engineering service program. This position is responsible for all aspects of implementation services, including integrated service planning, validation, resource assessment, project planning, information system conversion, training coordination, all customer facing communications, service contract analysis coordination, coordination of all internal Trimedx business units involved in new customer implementations to ensure a timely and effective start-up of the Trimedx clinical engineering service programs. The position also requires constant interaction and coordination through the Key Account Managers, where appropriate. This position plays a secondary role leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. Candidates must have the ability to travel nationally to client hospitals and to our Central Office in Indianapolis.\n· Relocation is not available for this position\n· Immigration sponsorship not available for this position\nResponsibilities\nNew Customer Implementation (90%)\n\nManages mid-to-large market sized new customer implementation projects.\nAssemble and direct cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific clinical engineering service programs.\nFacilitate all customer facing implementation meetings, startup meetings and continuing education to the TRIMEDX program for the clinical and administrative staff within new client sites.\nMeet with clients to evaluate program current state and identify implementation needs and site-specific objectives.\nEffectively create and manage timeline for each implementation task (Inventory Validation, Planning Preparation, Customer Conference Calls, Orientation Coordination, Go-Live for RSQ, Client Experience Center, ISP validation, resource planning, service contract analysis and internal coordination of all business units).\nConvert site from existing program to TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management program (policies, MEMP, service documentation process, EOC reporting process, etc.).\nManage all aspects of the contract reconciliation process for all new customers.\nSpecial Projects and Initiatives (10%)\nServe as project manager or project participant on corporate-wide continuous improvements initiatives and cross-functional projects.\nWork on special continuous improvement projects.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nSkills and Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing operations support role.\nPrevious experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives.\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience operating in an industry such as hospital and medical equipment.\nPMP or other project management certifications preferred.\nProject management skills including coordination, communication and adherence to budget and completion goals, prioritization and troubleshooting.\nDemonstrated knowledge of hospital and medical equipment industry.\nDemonstrated knowledge of processes and procedures related to equipment service management.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission and other equipment-related regulations.\nDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and service management software.\nStrong customer relationship skills; including strong written, verbal and presentational communication skills.\nStrong management skills and action orientation.\nAbility to build quick rapport and credibility with all levels of personnel including healthcare executives and leadership.\nAbility to gather and analyze information and implement solutions.\nAbility to deal effectively with diverse roles, backgrounds and expectations.\nAbility to demonstrate the TRIMEDX core values through all work activities.\nAbility to influence others into action.\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required\nMBA preferred\nAt Trimedx, we are committed to cultivating a workplace culture where every associate feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
