Find out more about our company and culturehere.\nThe Supervisor, Applications & Software Engineering oversees and guides the development of functionality within assigned domains, products, or services in application development that impact future business capabilities. Leads teams in designing, developing, and maintaining complex, integrated systems and architectures. Demonstrates strong technical leadership, cross-domain expertise, and the ability to align technical direction with business strategy. Responsible for supervising engineers in creating, testing, and implementing software that provides robust infrastructure and applications used across business units.\nThe role in short\n-We are hiring a people leader for two engineering teams building the Trimedx CMMS platform. This person leads from inside the work: they can build alongside the team, but their value is coaching, raising the team's output, and owning the technical direction of what we build.\n-This is a succession track. We are hiring for the person who grows into managing this org, not for someone to run standups. Prior management experience is not required. Evidence of leading without the title is.\n-We build clinical engineering software that does not exist anywhere else in the industry. Core development happens in ServiceNow, and we have moved into traditional engineering practices alongside it: React, Snowflake, Azure. We run agentic AI in production today and we are expanding it.\nRequired Skills & Experience Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scoped applications (preferred by not a requirement). Familiar with a JavaScript framework and scaling enterprise solutions and applications. Has used or implemented AI solutions in a production system.
