independently\nimplement defined solution components and transfer practical knowledge to internal colleagues.\nRole and engagement model\nWork as an external delivery specialist embedded in the clients agile platform team.\nTake ownership of defined work packages from refinement and design through build test deployment and\nstabilization.\nCollaborate closely with developers architects product owners and business stakeholders while following the\nclients governance and engineering standards.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign build and enhance model-driven apps and Canvas apps using reusable and maintainable patterns.\nCreate Power Automate cloud flows approvals and integrations with appropriate error handling and monitoring.\nDesign Dataverse tables relationships security roles business rules and solution components.\nIntegrate Microsoft and third-party services through standard connectors custom connectors and REST APIs.\nDeliver changes through managed solutions source control and Azure DevOps based ALM.\nPerform unit testing peer reviews defect fixing technical documentation and production support.\nCoach internal developers through pairing code reviews and concise roles\nEngineering discipline\nSolutions ALM Az ure DevOps Git \nTesting Documentation\nJob requirementsMandatory experience\n5 years of software or low-code development experience including 3 years of hands-on Power Apps delivery in\nenterprise environments.\nProven delivery of production-ready model-driven and Canvas apps including complex Power Fx and reusable\ncomponents.\nStrong practical knowledge of Power Automate Dataverse data modelling security and integration patterns.\nExperience deploying managed solutions across multiple environments using structured ALM.\nHands-on Azure DevOps repositories pipelines or comparable CI/CD experience.\nProfessional English and clear communication in an international team.\nPreferred experience\nPlugins PCF controls JavaScript or TypeScript custom connectors Power Pages or Azure Functions.\nDynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service.\nCopilot Studio and AI Builder integration experience.\nMicrosoft Power Platform certification particularly PL-400 or PL-600.\nExpected working approach\nDelivery-oriented: commits to realistic outcomes and raises blockers early.\nQuality-focused: uses reviews testing documentation and the four-eyes principle before release.\nCollaborative: works visibly in the team backlog and actively transfers knowledge.\nPragmatic and accountable: selects maintainable solutions and communicates progress risks and dependencies\nclearly.\nExpected deliverables\nProduction-ready Power Apps and Power Automate components aligned with acceptance criteria.\nSolution design notes configuration documentation and deployment instructions.\nTest evidence peer-review outcomes and updated Azure DevOps work items.\nKnowledge-transfer sessions and reusable technical examples.\nWhat success looks like\nAdditional delivery capacity is created without reducing quality or governance compliance.\nThe internal team can maintain and extend the delivered solutions after handover.\nWork packages are
